PROJECTS

• Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks, QSR Development

POSITION DETAILS 

• Full cycle land development (ie:
• Preparation of on-site private grading, storm drain, utility plans, earthwork estimates, and construction quantity estimates
• Process plans through respective governmental agencies
• Client and project team communication and coordination
• Preparation of public street, storm drain, sewer, water street lighting, signing and striping improvement plans
• Conceptualizes the initial civil design approach for a major phase of large land/site development,

COMPENSATION

Salary: $94,000 (may be negotiable with client)

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Licensed engineer California
• AutoCad
• Autodesk Civil 3D
• Excellent team player

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of land development
• 2 years of design and permits

 EDUCATION
