Chemical Dependency Department

• Experience with adolescents 13-17 yrs old Young Adult Program is 18-26
• The role provides ongoing psychosocial support and services to patients and their families for adjustments to illness, grief, and addiction.
• Acute Care Rehab, Cardiac Rehab

This role promotes optimal mental health by providing ongoing psychosocial support and services to patients and their families for adjustments to illness, grief, addiction and other psychosocial stressors. Works with an interdisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals. Utilizes high-risk criteria as well as medical records, school records, clients, families, nurses, physicians and others to evaluate patient’s biopsychosocial needs.

COMPENSATION

Hourly Contract Rate $65 Per Hour

Overtime / Holidays Hourly Contract Rate: $104

Benefits: Ful After 60 Days

Relocation N/A (contract)

CONTRACT

• 6 months
• Contract to end in September ( possible to be renewed)

SECHEDULE

10am – 6:30 PM (Programming is from 3:30-6:30)

8 Week IoP program 4 nights per week

M/W/F 10:30- 1:30

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California
• Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) – California
• BLS (AHA)

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum two years in addiction/behavioral health environment in a hospital or treatment center REQUIRED
• Experience with clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and case management REQUIRED  

EDUCATION

• Master’s Degree
