The candidate will be leading a division that will be providing hematological and oncological diagnoses and treatment.

COMPENSATION

Salary: $179,000 – $199,000 Plus (bonus eligible)

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Current RN license in CA Required
• Current BCLS certification Required
• Current ACLS certification Required
• Finance and management
• Regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of the patient care flow process

EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) years of nursing management experience in an acute care oncology unit
• Knowledge of hospital clinic operations
• Managing a team in a union environment

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or master’s degree in nursing
