• Full cycle of the real estate process
• Lead teams in the process
• Responsible for cost control/billings/collections/change management/monthly status reports.
• Main POC for all aspects of the project
• Actively participate in business development initiatives with the ultimate goal of procuring future projects and clients to maintain the company’s backlog.
• Planning and managing the business operations of the new division the company
• Develop strategies for growth and taking steps to implement them
• Researching market conditions, assessing risk factors, and recommending investments to clients
• Preparing budgets and other financial reports for the company or organization’s management team
• Overseeing construction
• Handle legal issues and negotiating contracts
• Making sure the company is compliant with Florida  regulations
• Evaluate market conditions
• Large schools and or  hospital experience

COMPENSATION

Salary: $195,000

Relocation: None ( client would like candidate who currently resides in South Florida)

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

•  Cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
•  Management software such as Prolog
• Accounting cost management software such as CMiC
• Scheduling software such as Primavera

EXPERIENCE

• 15 years of project management construction
• 5 years of building / construction experience in South Florida
• Building large schools or hospitals
• Leading teams of construction and administration

 EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Construction
• Masters Degree
