JOB DUTIES 

•  Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
•  Provide counseling and consultative services.

COMPENSATION

Local

Salary: $60 per hour /  $ 7,200  per month

Travel 

Per Diem ($64 Meals + $136 Lodging)=  $200  Daily

Salary: $23 per hour + Per Diem = $8,760 Per Month

30  Hours per week guaranteed

13 weeks contracts

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Pharmacist License in the state practicing pharmacy Required
