Joint Commission Certification
ultraHealth Agency is in partnership with our back-office & payroll funding provider who is Joint Commission Certified as an organization. We are required to adhere to the standards of the Joint Commission Certification. ultraHealth Agency is in the process of obtaining the Joint Certification Program.
Credentialing
ultraHealth Agency adheres to strict guidelines to confirm that a health care provider possesses. sufficient qualifications, licensure, training, and abilities to practice at an approved standard of care.
Ongoing Audits
Our administrative staff will conduct ongoing audits to track any credentialing expirations while on assignment and follow up directly with the assigned employee while on assignment. Should a credentialing requirement expire, and the assigned employee cannot provide proof of active status, we will notify the employee that their assignment will be ending.
Final Credentialing
The credentialing requirements will be based on the type of discipline and any facility specific requirements. Our administrators will contact the candidate within one business day of the assignment notification, provide the candidate with the necessary credentialing paperwork and follow up with the candidate to complete the credentialing package. Should any of the requirements not be provided or met we will remove the candidate.
