The project manager’s role is to facilitate the smooth execution of a construction project by handling essential administrative tasks.

Their key responsibilities encompass:

• Project oversight: Ensuring timely completion by managing schedules, tasks, and resources
• Record-keeping: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Time efficiency: Utilizing time management skills to keep the team on schedule
• Financial management: Overseeing the project budget
• Team coordination: Assembling the necessary team members and delegating tasks
• Meeting facilitation: Documenting meetings and significant project milestones
• Contract administration: Overseeing contracts and processing required paperwork
• Progress reporting: Communicating project variations

Essential skills and qualifications include:

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities
• Proficient computer skills

• Minimum two years of relevant experience

COMPENSATION

$ 43 per hour

$1,720 Per week

$ 6,880 Per Month

Per Diem (if Traveling Over 50 Miles from permanent residence)

$166 Per Day  ($4,648 untaxed per month)

SCHEDULE

• Monday – Friday
• 9 months  weeks contract

• 40 hours per week
