ultraHealth Agency Process
ultraHealth Agency is a strong team committed to finding the best candidates for your hospital or surgery center.
We will thoroughly evaluate the applications to determine who to select for an interview.
Candidates go through various screening processes, from: competency tests, throughout review of resumes, phone interviews, person-to-person interviews, credentialing and reference checks, to finally interviewing with the supervisor of the client facility.
We also check each candidate’s credentials and verify:
- Prior Employment
- Licenses and Certifications
- Any disciplinary actions
We utilize specialty testing
- Software training
Should a permanent placement hire not work out, we will provide a replacement free of charge within the first 90 days.
ultraHealth Agency is in partnership with our back-office partner, who is Joint Commission Certified. We are required to adhere to the standards of the Joint Commission Certification and we are in the process of obtaining the Joint Certification Program.
