JOB DUTIES 

•  Handles patient information with discretion and sensitivity and maintains HIPAA compliance.
• Utilizes tactful and professional communication to promote positive public relations
• Ensures that patients receive appropriate care related to renal diet and medications from Long
  Term Care Facilities
•  Provides comprehensive nutritional assessments for dialysis patients, on-going instruction
•  Assists with obtaining IDPN, nutritional resources and protocols.

COMPENSATION

Salary: $80,000 per year

SCHEDULE

• Monday – Friday
• Some Weekends

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

• CA License
• responsible for maintaining registration and continuing education hours as specified by the American Dietetic Association.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian
• Member of the American Dietetic Association.
• Previous experience in nutrition associated with the ESRD patient
